Canadian Orders: We currently offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

US Orders: We offer calculated shipping based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. Please note any additional duties or taxes that may incur are the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns

New merchandise purchased in store will be accepted for a full-refund within 7 days of purchase; Returned item(s) must meet the following criteria: 

  • Are in the same condition they left the store.
  • Tags are attached.
  • Item(s) have not been washed, used, worn, or altered.
  • Is accompanied by its original invoice.
  • Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies above

Online purchases; please notify the store within 7 days of receiving your order if you intend to return item(s). It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the item(s) back to the store within a timely manner. Items must be returned in the same condition they left the store with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed after item(s) have been received and inspected.

Please note that any packages returned to On the Hunt Eq that bear associating fees or COD charges will be returned to the purchaser.

 

Boots & Half Chaps

Regretfully, we do not offer a refund or exchange for semi-custom or custom measured Secchiari Boots, Tall Boots or Half Chaps.

Custom boots measured by one of our representatives may be exchanged within 14 days of shipping should the measurements not be correct to what was ordered within 0.5 cm +/-. Boots must not be worn and must be in new condition. Exchanges are not possible for boot design or style change.

Semi Custom or Custom Boots, Tall Boots and/or Half Chaps must be prepaid 50% balance in advance. Items will not be ordered for customers until 50% balance has been paid. Remainder of balance to be paid upon arrival of boots & prior to customer receiving boots.

 

We allow a 24 hour hold policy. If there is an item you see online or on our social media that you would like us to hold so you can come in and try on, please let us know and we will hold it for you for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the items will be put back on the floor.
